Bob’s son, Adam, is also a member of the Rall Capital Management team. Adam graduated from the University of Central Florida in May of 2013 with his degree in Business. He worked with the firm part-time as a Client Service Specialist and Administrative Assistant while he was in school, and began working full-time as the team’s Communications Specialist after graduation. In school, he was a member of the Burnett Honors College and Delta Sigma Pi, an international and co-ed Professional Business Fraternity. Now, Adam is the firm’s Operations Manager and is responsible for most of the back-office operations of the company. He’s currently attending the College For Financial Planning and, upon completion, will apply for his own Certified Financial Planner™ Certification.
Adam is also involved in Special Olympics, where he was awarded the Inspirational Coach for Brevard County Award in 2008. He is a Tier 1 Certified Coach for Track & Field, and pitches for the Brevard County Unified Softball Team. Like his family, Adam is passionate about his work with Special Olympics, and the relationships he has developed have become a powerful part of his life. In his spare time, Adam likes to remain active and is an avid cyclist and weight-lifter. He also plays in the Cape Canaveral Co-Ed Softball League and is the Captain of his adult kickball team. He is excited about the opportunity to learn the financial planning and investment advisory business in a client-centric environment and looks forward to attaining his own Certified Financial Planner™ certification.
